Description
- Manage daily cash transactions for all bank accounts
- Ensure daily deposits are made to the correct bank accounts
- Prepare bank reconciliations for assigned accounts
- Responsible for the month end close process for assigned entries (prepaid, weekly cash transfers, cost of sales, deferred rent, depreciation, revenue, etc.)
- Reconcile and manage Intercompany on a monthly basis
- Ensure all month end entries are complete by end of Close
- Maintain Fixed Assets within GP Module
- Complete assigned balance sheet reconciliations prior to close and ensure they tie to the GL
- Prepare monthly Financial Binder to be distributed monthly with current month Financials
- Prepare monthly Cash Sheets post Close to be distributed monthly to all Doctors
- Manage Sublease Tenants Accounting (Billing and A/R)
- Assist with reviews by external auditors
- Complete Ad Hoc reporting as assigned
- Complete other projects as assigned
Bachelors Degree, Accounting 2 plus years in accounting
Skills: Excellent Communication and verbal skills
Flexible and able to work in fast paced environment
Great Plains experience preferred
Intermediate Excel experience
Self-motived and organized
Team player
